CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy • Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment or fail to show up will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Clients who are more than 20 minutes late without providing an update will be considered a no-show and will also be charged 50% of the service.
